An Introduction to the Gospel of Matthew:

-Presents the King (so should we)

• Christ is established as the true King!
• Christ is established as the Savior of the World!
• Christ is presented to the Jews by His geneology

-Some of the geneology presented is not particularly "favorable"

With Christ it isn't who you were that is important, it is who you are becoming...

This geneology and the twists and turns it takes all point to God's GRACE!
